Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. The customer is responsible for all packaging, shipping, and insurance charges. We will assist in making contacts and acquiring bids for shipping. Small items can be shipped UPS. We recommend the use of Mail Boxes ETC. for packaging and shipping small items and most lighting fixtures. Large items that require special packaging or trucking can be arrange through a variety of methods. We also welcome you to pickup your item at our showroom or arrange for your own shipping method.
Return Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges unless previously discussed and agreed upon in writing.Customers considering layaway should be aware that a layaway is considered a sale. Layaway items cannot be refunded or exchanged for other items in our inventory. All payments will be forfeited should you decide to cancel your purchase.Pennsylvania residents must include 6 sales.
